About Me

Born and raised in Florida, Zack Hoening is an Orlando-based percussion educator, performer, producer, and aspiring composer. Currently, Zack attends the University of Central Florida as a 4th year student of the percussion studio, and performs with the UCF Wind Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble. He is a past member of the UCF Drumline, and has experience competing with multiple independent ensembles including Infinity Percussion and Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps. Zack is now working to finish his Bachelor's degree in Music Performance while teaching programs including Hagerty High School and Heat Wave Drum and Bugle Corps.
